This section is your friendly guide to our hiring process.

We’ve pulled back the curtain to show you how we hire and by sharing our structure and expectations, we hope to eliminate those stressful unknowns and help you shine brightly during your interviews.

Our Hiring Process

Initial Stage

First things first, you send your application in. A recruiter will review them all and have a first screening call with the selected candidates.

After a first successful call, you will usually meet the Hiring Manager or an Expert of your domain for the role you applied for. They will be interested in how your skills align with the day-to-day work of the Team.

Expert Interview Stage

Assessment/Case Study Stage

Depending on the role, there will be a technical assessment or case study to assess your skill-set for the specific role. We want to see your approach to solving real-world challenges similar to those you'd encounter on the job.

At this point, you should meet several potential future teammates and key cross-functional partners. This stage is focused on understanding how you approach collaboration, handle different perspectives, and ensuring a mutual culture and work-style fit/add.

The STAR method

Here's how to answer your interview questions with confidence.

Situation

Describe the situation or context you were in. Set the scene and provide necessary background details.
Task

Explain the task you were responsible for or the goal you were working toward within that situation.
Action

Detail the specific actions you personally took to address the situation or complete the task. This is the most important part, focus on "I" rather than "we."
Result

Share the results of your actions. Quantify the outcomes whenever possible (e.g., "I reduced errors by 15%," "I increased customer satisfaction").

Tips & Tricks

Do Your Homework (Beyond the Job Description)

Look up recent press releases, major announcements, new product launches, or high-profile projects. Be ready to mention something specific you admire or find interesting about our recent work.
Master the STAR Method (and Have a Few Stories Ready)

Behavioral questions, like "Tell me about a time you had to handle a conflict", are a standard part of our process. Don't be caught off guard!
Prepare Thoughtful Questions (For Us!)

Since interviews are a two-way dialogue rather than a one-sided assessment, we recommend preparing thoughtful questions for every stage of the process so you can gain a clear understanding of our culture, future plans, and organizational structure while determining if this is the right environment for you.
